Roy Keane

You can have your own say but as far as I am concern, Keano is one of the best players that Manchester United can and will ever have. I am, of course, not proud of many of his trades (like violence and anger). But he does exhibits numerous selfless leadership qualities that we can all learn from.

Remember UEFA championships 1999. He was captain marvel to put the team through to the finals even though he would not playing in the final. That's leadership at its very very best!

Selfless leadership doesn't resort to violent on the field. The field is only for Sportmanship. Personally i think he is a disgrace for Man U and football despit that he lead Man U to 1999 Euro league Champion Final. He was sent off for a blatant knee-high foul on Man City player in 2001,Keane did this tackle out of revenge for no reason other than the fact he has physiological issues; a disgrace to football.

Well, Roy Keane has his bad traits and good ones. But I don't think I'm gonna go back into the past.

What he does is up to God to judge, and that's what is going to happen.

As for me, I do like Tony Adams, and his path is one of repentance, and forgiveness. Although I do not know whether is he a Christian or not, his decision to become a teetotaler, and to help younger players not to fall into addiction or to help if they are addicted to drugs or alcohol is a very good example of what we Christians are capable of: forgiveness of one's sins, repentance, and not to let one's past drag down the future.
