Lessons Learnt From 31 May / 1 June Sermon
It was suggested that I create a page for people to share their learning from the weekend's sermon.
This is such that we can all share testmonies of how the WOG has blessed us as well as give us ideas on how we can put these principles into practice in our lives.
I hope this will bless us further. Remember... it is when we put God's Word into practice that we will be blessed (not only when we hear them)

Let me be the first to comment. I have learnt NOTHING from the 31 May / 1 June Sermon - as I wasn't in church on that day. But whatever the topic was, I think it is a good idea to share what we learn. We want to be practitioners of the Word, not just thinkers / talkers of the Word.
I learnt that I must continue to be a learner!

From the tertiary service's sermon by wen jiang, I learnt quite a bit. We often come across the word 'revival', but don't really explore it much. I really want a revival not just in TP, but all over the world!
The lost and misled flocking to the church to seek refuge, the most awesome sight that I wanna experience too! It shall be done, no, it will be done!

I'll comment on one of your older sermons...Revival Living. Listened to it 2 days ago. Loved it! It answered some of the questions people here have concerning why we put HS Baptism in our membership requirements, it also inspired me to desire more revival in our church here.
And your personal testimonies were great! Gives more weight to what you are saying

Yes, we need to understand the importance of the HS role in our lives and our church. We must all yearn for more His presence and work in our lives.
Thank God for Hope Auckland. God is doing a great thing there!
