Bourne vs Bond
Am sitting in a café waiting to meet Joe. Decided to just pen this down.
Before Ludlum’s Bourne, there was only James Bond. Between Jason and James, I definitely like Jason Bourne much better.
Bourne is certainly more real that Bond. The story line is more believable and Jason is also more down to earth than the tuxedo Bond. The story line from Bourne Identity to Bourne Supremacy to Bourne Ultimatum have kept me at the edge of my seats throughout the whole movie.
Bourne also cuts the chicks part in the movie. Bond seems to be incomplete without them while Bourne is more faithful to one at a time.
If you have not watched all 3 of the Bourne series, I would advise you to do so! I am quite sure that you will not be disappointed.
So who is it for you? Is it Bourne or Bond that you bond (pun intended) with?

Definitely Bourne. You were right abt him being faithful to one girl. And his faithfulness shows despite his memory loss.

Bourne wins hands down.... hands behind... hands tied... you get the drift...
hmm, i like both la. agreed, bourne is more down to earth, whereas bond seemed more fantasized.
perfect life, rich, suave, pretty girls, cool.. something which we'd all secretly wish to be.
but we can emphasize with bourne because he's so down to earth.
just like why we prefer superheroes like spiderman and batman, instead of martian manhunter or superman (b4 smallville)
because these heroes go through the same suffering as us, having to make choices and live with them, they struggle etc.. whereas superman and martian manhunter seem so perfect. nothing beats near invulnerability, you know.
but if we're talking about who we'd prefer to be, of course i'd choose bond. but if we're talking about who we feel closer to, its bourne.
