Thank You Hope Malaysia
I had come back from Malaysia National Convention from Kuching. It had been a fantastic 5-day trip for me. It would be treason of cosmic proportion if I do not take some time to thank the wonderful people of Hope Malaysia.
Thank you for all the kind words of encouragement to the Hope Singapore people and me.
Thank you for all the wonderful treats that you have lavished upon us. Our cups (and plates) overflow!
Thank you for giving me many undeserved preferential treatments from rooms, to car rides to drinks to etc etc etc etc!
Thank you, pastors and leaders, for giving me the opportunity to learn through serving.
Thank you, Pastor Denis & Hai Eng, for your friendship and love and much much more.
Thank you, Pastor Simon & Lai Eng, for your time and leadership.
Most of all, thank you all for loving Jesus the way you do. I am totally awed.

Haha, it's me to thank you for your great sharing and teaching. This is my first convention, and this will surely transform my life. Fight for Jesus, and see you in heaven! (Haha i realized that hope singapore like to say this as i am shocked by seeing words like "See you in heaven!" in a card from member of hope singapore) Amen!

I have been to Youth Singapore camp twice dy. Hehe. Will remember your "tang Shan Zhang" story --Flee from temptation--. Glad to capture your enthusiatic spirit in delivering God's messages in your comfortable way yet impactful.

Do you mind help clear some confusion (at least for me), give some biblical input/post your view points as a pastor in Andrew's blog?
As the topic The Emerging Threats to The Church(December 7, 2007)posted has gotten into a big 'discussion' and debate, with some ppl wrote comments denouncing tithing as scirptural, even in businesses.
And even calling everyone who collects tithes a charlatan and a fake, due to no biblical or NT examples.
Hope to have some conclusion/defense, and IF you/anyone else can help. I've research some verses already too.

thanks so much Pastor Jeff for coming over M'sia joining us for MNC. we were all so blessed! your teaching just so GREAT with some humors. your teachings struck me the most and i never forget bout it.
i actually just visited Hope S'pore 2weeks before MNC. i learned a lots from Hope S'pore Youth!
anyway, after this MNC my faith build up! and im no longer so MoUsY now..
hope to meet you again someday when i visit Hope S'pore or during MNC next year.
